FRNT Grants Stock Options
TORONTO, Feb. 15, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — FRNT Financial Inc. (TSXV:FRNT) (OTCQB:FRFLF) (FSE:XZ3) (“FRNT” or the “Company”) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 120,000 stock options (the “Options”) to certain directors of the Company (the “Optionees”) pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan. The Options will vest monthly in twelve equal installments, with the first vesting date being one month after the grant date. Each Option is exercisable, for a period of five years from the applicable vesting date, to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.50.
