Esimese taseme täiendavatesse omavahenditesse kuuluvate võlakirjade emiteerimine

AS LHV Group korraldab mai lõpus esimese taseme täiendavate omavahendite hulka kuuluvate (AT1) võlakirjade suunatud emissiooni finantsinstitutsioonidele ja suurema investeerimisportfelliga asjatundlikele investoritele. Antud võlakirja keerukuse tõttu ei pakuta instrumenti läbi avaliku pakkumise.
AT1 võlakirjade märkimine toimub perioodil 20. mai kuni 22. mai. Pakkumisele tuleb 100 võlakirja nimiväärtusega 100 000 eurot, intressimääraga 9,5%. LHV-l on õigus suurendada emissiooni mahtu kuni 15 miljoni euroni, s.t lasta välja kuni 50 täiendavat AT1 võlakirja, mille tulemusel võib pakutavate võlakirjade arv kokku olla kuni 150. AT1 võlakirjade näol on tegemist LHV tagamata võlakohustusega investori ees. Võlakirjad on tähtajatud. LHV-l on Finantsinspektsioonilt loa saamisel õigus lunastada AT1 võlakirjad osaliselt või täielikult alates 26. maist 2025. Võlakirju pakutakse hinnaga 100 000 eurot ühe võlakirja kohta.AT1 võlakirjade märkimiseks annab investor AS-ile LHV Group märgitavate AT1 võlakirjade hulga teada ja kannab emitendi kontole AT1 võlakirjade väljalaskehinna hiljemalt 22. mail, millega loetakse AT1 võlakirjad märgituks. Pärast AT1 võlakirjade väljalaskehinna laekumist AS-i LHV Group kontole, kannab emitent 26. mail või sellele lähedasel kuupäeval AT1 võlakirjad AT1 võlakirjaomaniku väärtpaberikontole.LHV Group on suurim kodumaine finantskontsern ja kapitali pakkuja Eestis.
