National Bank Holdings Corporation Announces 5.3% Increase in Quarterly Dividend
DENVER, Colo., Nov. 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — National Bank Holdings Corporation (NYSE: NBHC) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend to shareholders. The quarterly cash dividend will increase 5.3% from nineteen cents ($0.19) to twenty cents ($0.20) per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 13, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 29, 2019.
