Bestyrelsen for Sanistål A/S meddeler, at Uffe Iversen den 14. maj 2020 tiltræder som ny økonomidirektør (CFO). Uffe Iversen vil udgøre selskabets direktion sammen med adm. direktør Christian B. Lund.Uffe Iversen afløser Flemming Glamann, der fratræder stillingen som økonomidirektør (CFO) dags dato.Bestyrelsesformand Anders K. Bønding siger om baggrunden for ændringen:”De seneste års restrukturering er overstået, og Saniståls fokus er nu entydigt på at forbedre drift og indtjening. Bestyrelsen har vurderet, at vi har brug for en anderledes profil som CFO for at understøtte det ændrede fokus. Vi vil gerne takke Flemming Glamann for hans dedikerede indsats i de seneste 10 år.”Uffe Iversen er 54 år, HA-jur fra Aarhus Universitet og MBA fra Erasmus University i Rotterdam. Ud over økonomi og finans har Uffe Iversen haft roller inden for salg, back-office, M&A og som country manager.Han var senest – fra 2014 til marts 2020 – Group CFO og medlem af direktionen i SSG Group, en af Nordens førende udbydere af skadeservice med supplerende aktiviteter inden for industri- og ejendomsservice. Fra 2017 til 2019 var han samtidig adm. direktør for SSG’s danske virksomhed, koncernens største enhed.Uffe Iversen har tidligere været ansat i andre servicevirksomheder:Compass Group Denmark: CFO, 2013-2014Virksomhedsrådgiver, egen virksomhed, 2012-2013ISS World Services, SVP/CFO Global Corporate Accounts, 2011-2012Hewlett Packard i en række stillinger, bl.a. som Finance & Operations Director Americas og Finance & Operations Director Europe med baser i henholdsvis Ohio og Schweiz, 1992-2011Tryg Forsikring: IT-konsulent, 1991-1992For yderligere oplysninger henvises til bestyrelsesformand Anders K.
