Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (publ) höll idag årsstämma på Subtopia, Rotemannavägen 10, 145 57 Norsborg i Botkyrka kommun.Moderbolagets och koncernens resultat- och balansräkningar fastställdes och styrelsen och verkställande direktören beviljades ansvarsfrihet för räkenskapsåret 2019.Årsstämman beslutade att utdelning ska utgå med 0,80 kronor per aktie av serie A och serie B, motsvarande totalt 5 605 808 kronor, varvid resterande belopp om 168 648 362 kronor överförs i ny räkning.Mikael Ahlström, Charlotte Bergman, Stefan Dahlbo, Kari Stadigh och Hidayet Tercan omvaldes till ordinarie styrelseledamöter. Mikael Ahlström omvaldes även till styrelseordförande.Årsstämman beslutade att arvode ska utgå till styrelsens ordförande med 550 000 kronor och till övriga ordinarie styrelseledamöter med 95 000 kronor vardera, dvs. totalt 930 000 kronor.Det registrerade revisionsbolaget Ernst & Young AB, med Charlotte Holmstrand som huvudansvarig revisor, omvaldes till bolagets revisor för tiden intill slutet av årsstämman 2021. Arvode till revisorn ska utgå enligt godkänd räkning i enlighet med sedvanliga debiteringsnormer.
