Siili Solutions Oyj                      Pörssitiedote                12.5.2020 klo 20.00Arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 10 pykälässä tarkoitettu liputusilmoitusSiili Solutions Oyj (“Siili”) on 12.5.2020 vastaanottanut arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 5 pykälän mukaisen ilmoituksen Lamy Oy -nimiseltä yhtiöltä.Ilmoituksen mukaan Lamy Oy:n osakeomistus ja äänivalta on ylittänyt 10 %:n rajan 12.5.2020.Lamy omistaa 937 740 Siilin osaketta. Jokainen osake oikeuttaa osakkeenomistajalle yhden (1) äänen.
