ROCHESTER, NEW YORK, Nov. 07, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Syntec Optics, Inc., an industry leader in ultra-high precision optics and photonics, announced today that it completed its business combination with OmniLit Acquisition Corp.
