SpareBank 1 SMN setter ned renta på boliglån med inntil 0,40 prosentpoeng. Endringen gjennomføres fra 25. mai.– Nå setter vi ned renta for tredje gang på kort tid og gjør boliglånet enda billigere. Vi gjennomfører renteendringen raskt gitt den krevende situasjonen mange av våre boliglånskunder er i, sier konserndirektør Nelly Maske i Privatmarked i SpareBank 1 SMN.SpareBank 1 SMN endrer også prisene på bankinnskudd tilsvarende, og endringen gjelder fra 12. juli for eksisterende innskuddskunder.
