Rovio Entertainment Oyj                      Pörssitiedote                6.5.2020 klo 15.45Arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 10 pykälässä tarkoitettu liputusilmoitusRovio Entertainment Oyj (“Yhtiö”) on vastaanottanut arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 5 pykälän mukaisen ilmoituksen Odey Asset Management LLP -nimiseltä yhtiöltä.Ilmoituksen mukaan Odey Asset Management LLP -yhtiön osakeomistus ja äänivalta on alittanut 5 % rajan 5.5.2020.Odey Asset Management LLP omistaa 4 048 367 Yhtiön osaketta. Jokainen osake oikeuttaa osakkeenomistajalle yhden (1) äänen.Odey Asset Management LLP:n omistusosuus:Odey Asset Management LLP:n kokonaisosakemäärä ja äänivalta päivänä, jolloin raja ylittyi tai saavutettiin:A: osakkeet ja äänivalta4,98 prosentin osuus perustuu 4 048 367 osakkeen omistukseen.
