Talenom Oyj, pörssitiedote 6.5.2020 kello 13:40Talenom Oyj:n uudet osakkeet on merkitty kaupparekisteriinTalenom Oyj tiedotti lehdistötiedotteella 4.5.2020 yrityskaupasta, johon liittyneessä suunnatussa osakeannissa merkityt 77 747 uutta osaketta on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin tänään 6.5.2020.Talenom Oyj:n osakkeiden kokonaismäärä uusien osakkeiden rekisteröinnin jälkeen on 42 835 273 osaketta. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat osakkeenomistajan oikeudet niiden rekisteröintipäivästä lukien.Osakeannissa liikkeeseen lasketut osakkeet otetaan myöhemmin kaupankäynnin kohteeksi Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n pörssilistalla.TALENOM OYJ
