Korrektion: Djurslands Bank nedjusterer forventninger til regnskab for 2020

I forlængelse af selskabsmeddelelse nr. 9/2020, hvor Djurslands Bank suspenderede de
udmeldte resultatforventninger til 2020, har banken nu udarbejdet et muligt scenarie for de
økonomiske konsekvenser af coronakrisens indvirkning på årets resultat.
Med forventning om et scenarie, hvor der forsigtigt vil ske en genåbning og til en vis grad
normalisering af samfundet hen over sommeren og efteråret 2020, har banken udarbejdet et
ledelsesmæssigt skøn over coronakrisens potentielle nedskrivninger for 2020 på 23,5 mio.
kr., svarende til 0,6% af bankens udlån. Det er tillige forventningen, at coronakrisen også vil
reducere bankens planlagte vækst og forretningsmæssige muligheder for at realisere det
oprindelige budget for 2020.
Banken offentliggør den 6. maj 2020 kvartalsrapporten for 1. kvartal 2020, og med
baggrund i samlede nedskrivninger for kvartalet på 33,9 mio. kr. forventes et negativt
resultat før skat på 10 mio. kr. For året som helhed, nedjusteres forventningerne til resultat
før skat til niveauet 30-45 mio. kr. mod tidligere forventning på 60-85 mio. kr.
Forventningerne er dog forbundet med en ikke uvæsentlig usikkerhed afhængig af den
fortsatte udvikling af corona pandemien.
