Valeo : mise à disposition du Document d’enregistrement universel 2019Paris, 29 avril 2020 – Valeo annonce avoir déposé le 28 avril 2020 son Document d’enregistrement universel 2019 auprès de l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) sous le numéro D.20-0385.Le Document d’enregistrement universel 2019 inclut notamment le rapport financier annuel, le rapport intégré, le rapport de gestion du Conseil d’administration, le rapport du Conseil d’administration sur le gouvernement d’entreprise et le rapport des Commissaires aux comptes y afférent, le rapport sur le développement durable ainsi que le descriptif du programme de rachat d’actions de la Société.Le Document d’enregistrement universel 2019 est tenu à la disposition du public dans les conditions prévues par la réglementation en vigueur et peut être consulté et téléchargé sur l’espace « Investisseurs & actionnaires » du site internet de la Société (www.valeo.com), rubrique « Informations réglementées » ou rubrique « Publications & Présentations ». Il est également disponible sur le site de l’AMF (www.amf-france.org).
