African Gold Group Announces Change of Auditor
TORONTO, Oct. 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — African Gold Group, Inc. (TSX-V: AGG) (“AGG” or the “Company”) announced that it has changed auditors from BDO Canada LLP (“BDO”) to McGovern Hurley LLP (“McGovern”), effective October 7, 2019. McGovern was appointed as the successor auditor at the Company’s annual and special meeting of shareholders held on October 7, 2019. In accordance with National Instrument 51‐102 (“NI 51‐102”), the Company has filed a Change of Auditor Notice on SEDAR together with letters from both BDO and McGovern, with each letter confirming agreement with the statements contained in the notice, as applicable. There were no reportable events (as defined in NI 51‐102) between BDO and the Company.
