Gezien de uitzonderlijke situatie met betrekking tot de Covid-19 pandemie is de prioriteit van Befimmo de gezondheid en veiligheid van haar aandeelhouders, medewerkers en partners te behouden. Daarom werd, in overeenstemming met het Koninklijk Besluit van 9 april 2020 houdende diverse bepalingen inzake het vennootschapsrecht in het kader van de strijd tegen de Covid-19 pandemie, beslist om de procedures voor deelname aan de Gewone Algemene Vergadering van dinsdag 28 april 2020 aan te passen.Klik op onderstaande link om het volledige persbericht te raadplegen:
