Water Ways Announces Extension of Warrants Expiry Date

(TSXV: WWT) (“Water Ways” or the “Company“) announces that due to the economic effect of COVID-19, it will be extending the expiry date of 3,976,502 warrants of the Company that were to expire today (the “Warrants”) for a period of one year to April 16, 2021 (the “Extension”). Each Warrant is exercisable into an equal number of common shares of the Company.
