(“Qualigen”) pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of January 15, 2020, as amended, by and among Ritter, RPG28 Merger Sub, Inc., and Qualigen.The special meeting of Ritter stockholders to vote on certain matters related to the proposed merger will be held virtually on May 14, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., Pacific Time.
