Bestyrelsen for Strategic Investments A/S har på et møde d.d. behandlet selskabets delårsrapport for perioden 1. januar – 31. marts 2020. Resumé:Strategic Investments A/S’ resultat for 1. kvartal 2020 blev på DKK -98,0m før og efter skat. Indre værdi fald med DKK 0,29 pr. aktie, svarende til et negativt afkast på 30,5%Resultatet er stærkt påvirket af den meget negative markedsudvikling fra medio februar 2020 som følge af udbruddet af covid-19.Selskabets egenkapital udgjorde d. 31. marts 2020 DKK 225,1m, svarende til en indre værdi af selskabets aktier på DKK 0,67 pr. aktie.På dagens ordinære generalforsamling i selskabet forventes vedtaget et forslag om udlodning af udbytte på DKK 0,02 pr. aktie, svarende til et direkte afkast på ca. 3% opgjort ifht. indre værdi pr. 31. marts 2020.Som tidligere meddelt har bestyrelsen med virkning fra 2020 besluttet ikke længere at fremsætte periode­forventninger for regnskabsåret, idet de betydelige udsving der kan være på såvel markeds- som enkelt­aktie niveau gør det vanskeligt at forudsige udviklingen i afgrænsede perioder.
