BoStad A/S – Tvangsindløsning af minoritetsaktionærer i BoStad A/S samt afnotering af BoStad A/SPå vegne af CL Denmark ApS offentliggøres hermed meddelelse om tvangsindløsning af minoritetsaktionærer i BoStad A/S i henhold til selskabslovens §§ 70 og 72 (meddelelse om tvangsindløsning er vedlagt som bilag til denne selskabsmeddelelse).CL Denmark ApS er et 100% ejet datterselskab af CL V Lux S.à.r.l. (reg.nr. B221054), som er et 100% ejet datterselskab af CL V Ventures II Offshore LLC, som er et 100% ejet datterselskab af CL V Ventures Offshore LLC (reg.nr. 6508345).Henset til at tvangsindløsningen vil medføre, at CL Denmark ApS bliver ejer af samtlige A- og B-aktier i BoStad A/S, vil bestyrelsen i BoStad A/S ansøge Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S om, at BoStad A/S’ B-aktier slettes fra handel og officiel notering på Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S. Såfremt ansøgningen måtte blive imødekommet, forventes den sidste handelsdag for B-aktierne at være den 13. maj 2020.København, den 14. april 2020
