EKIMAS Corporation Announces Special Cash Distribution

Las Vegas, NV, Sept. 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — EKIMAS Corporation (OTC Pink: “ASNB”) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors approved a special cash distribution of $0.25 per share at its September 8, 2022 meeting. The cash distribution is payable on September 19, 2022 to shareholders of record as of March 11, 2022.

EKIMAS Corporation, is engaged in efforts to identify an operating company to acquire or merge with through an equity-based exchange transaction that would likely result in a change in control.
