Investeringsforeningen PFA Invest har stiftet en ny afdeling Indeks High Yield Obligationer den 17. marts 2022 og har den 18. maj 2022 modtaget godkendelse fra Finanstilsynet.

Vedlagt offentliggøres tegningsprospektet for afdelingen under Investeringsforeningen PFA Invest

•                    Indeks High Yield Obligationer

Andele i afdelingen udbydes til tegning fra den 24. maj 2022 til den 9. juni 2022, begge dage inklusive, og andele udbydes i tegningsperioden til tegningskurs 100,60.

Tegning af min. 1 mia. kr. i afdelingen er garanteret af PFA Pension, forsikringsaktieselskab. Resultat af tegningen forventes offentliggjort den 10. juni 2022.

NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S har godkendt at andelene optages til handel med forventet 1. handelsdag den 14. juni 2022.
