Fondsbørsmeddelelse nr. 4/2020.Konstituering i Møns Banks bestyrelse.Som meddelt i tidligere fondsbørsmeddelelse nr. 15/2019, har formand for bankens bestyrelse, Jens Ravn, efter eget ønske valgt at stoppe i bestyrelsen og bankens repræsentantskab efter bankens ordinære generalforsamling den 25. marts 2020 for året 2019.Samtidig reduceres antallet af aktionærvalgte bestyrelsesmedlemmer fra 5 til 4, hvorefter bestyrelsen er sammensat af 4 aktionærvalgte bestyrelsesmedlemmer og 2 medarbejdervalgte bestyrelsesmedlemmer.Bestyrelsen har konstitueret sig og valgt civiløkonom Peter Ole Sørensen som ny formand for bestyrelsen. Peter Ole Sørensen har været medlem af bestyrelsen siden 2012 og næstformand for bestyrelsen siden 2015.Som ny næstformand har bestyrelsen valgt direktør Christian Brix-Hansen. Christian Brix-Hansen har været medlem af bestyrelsen siden 2009, hvor han i hele perioden har været bestyrelsens særlige regnskabskyndige medlem i revisionsudvalget.
