ROBIT OYJ            PÖRSSITIEDOTE           25.3.2020 KLO 12.55ROBIT OYJ:N HALLITUS ON PÄÄTTÄNYT OSAKEPOHJAISESTA KANNUSTINJÄRJESTELMÄSTÄ YHTIÖN AVAINHENKILÖILLERobit Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt avainhenkilöiden osakepohjaisesta kannustinjärjestelmästä. Pitkän aikavälin muuttuvan palkitsemisjärjestelmän tarkoituksena on kannustaa avainhenkilöitä saavuttamaan yhtiön strategisesti tärkeät tavoitteet. Tavoitteet perustuvat Robit Oyj:n pitkän aikavälin strategisiin tavoitteisiin siten, että niillä edistetään yhtiön pitkänaikavälin taloudellista menestystäOsakeohjelma käsittää vuodet 2020-2022. Osakeohjelmassa on kolme osatekijää: avainhenkilön oma sijoitus yhtiöön (base share plan), yhtiön lisäosakekannustin (matching share plan) sekä suoriteperusteinen lisäosakeohjelma (performance matching plan). Osakepalkkiojärjestelmän kohderyhmään kuuluu noin 25 henkilöä. Yhtiön lisäosakekannustin osakkeet (matching shares) sekä suoriteperusteiset lisäosakkeet (performance matching shares) maksetaan huhtikuussa 2023. Mikäli kaikki ohjelman kolme osatekijää täyttyvät täysimääräisesti ohjelmassa määritetyllä tavalla ja yhtiön hallituksen määrittelemän tavoiteasetannan mukaisesti, osakeohjelman perusteella lasketaan liikkeelle enintään 450.000 osaketta, mikä vastaa 2,1 prosenttia yhtiön nykyisestä osakekannasta.ROBIT OYJ
