SISÄPIIRITIETO   20.3.2020   klo 21:45Teleste Oyj muuttaa voitonjakoesitystäänTeleste Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt muuttaa tilinpäätöstiedotteen 2019 yhteydessä 13.2.2020 julkistettua voitonjakoesitystä siten, että välittömän 0,10 euron suuruisen osingonjakopäätöksen sijaan yhtiön varsinainen yhtiökokous päättäisi valtuuttaa hallituksen päättämään harkintansa mukaan enintään 0,10 euron varojenjaosta osakkeelta osinkona kertyneistä voittovaroista ja/tai pääoman palautuksena sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastosta yhdessä tai useammassa erässä. Valtuutuksen ehdotetaan olevan voimassa seuraavan varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen alkuun. Yhtiö julkistaa hallituksen mahdolliset varojenjakopäätökset erikseen ja vahvistaa samassa yhteydessä asiaankuuluvat täsmäytys- ja maksupäivät.Osingonjakoehdotuksen muutoksen perusteena on koronavirusepidemiasta johtuva, vallitsevaan taloudelliseen tilanteeseen liittyvä epävarmuus.20. päivänä maaliskuuta 2020Teleste OyjHallitus
