20.3.2020 klo 17.35Lassila & Tikanojan omien osakkeiden luovutusLassila & Tikanoja Oyj on yhtiökokouksen 12.3.2020 päätöksellä siirtänyt 9 727 osaketta Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj:n hallituksen jäsenille osana hallituksen palkkioita.Luovutettujen osakkeiden osakekohtainen luovutushinta on 10,28 euroa, joka on osakkeen kaupankäyntimäärällä painotettu keskikurssi 19.3.2020.Yhtiön hallussa on omia osakkeita 693 589 kappaletta 20.3.2020 suoritettujen luovutusten jälkeen.LASSILA & TIKANOJA OYJEero Hautaniemi
