SATO Oyj:n yhtiökokous 1.4.2020 on peruutettu koronavirustilanteen vuoksi

SATO Oyj, Lehdistötiedote 20.3.2020 klo 13.10SATO Oyj:n koolle kutsuttu yhtiökokous 1.4.2020 peruutetaan koronaviruksen aiheuttaman tilanteen vuoksi. Suomen hallitus on päättänyt rajaustoimenpiteistä, joihin kuuluvat esimerkiksi tilaisuuksien osallistujamäärän rajoitukset sekä matkustuskielto.SATO Oyj:n hallitus päättää yhtiökokouksen koollekutsumisesta myöhemmin ilmoitettavana ajankohtana. SATO haluaa varmistaa, että osallistuminen kokoukseen on turvallista sekä sen osakkeenomistajille että SATOn henkilöstölle.Lisätietoja:
