Dalība AS “Latvijas Gāze” ārkārtas akcionāru sapulcē – tikai neklātienē

Saistībā ar jaunā koronavīrusa izplatību AS “Latvijas Gāze” informē, ka dalība 2020. gada 30. marta ārkārtas akcionāru sapulcē būs iespējama tikai neklātienē (izsniedzot pilnvaru).Lai ar krietna un rūpīga saimnieka mērauklu nodrošinātu akciju sabiedrības “Latvijas Gāze” darbības nepārtrauktību un mūsu akcionāru interešu ievērošanu, akciju sabiedrība “Latvijas Gāze” paziņo, ka sabiedrības 2020. gada 30. marta ārkārtas akcionāru sapulce norisināsies, ievērojot iepriekš paziņoto dienaskārtību. Taču, ņemot vērā Covid-19 pandēmiju un ārkārtējo situāciju Latvijas Republikā, kas izsludināta ar Ministru kabineta 2020. gada 12. marta rīkojumu Nr. 103 “Par ārkārtējās situācijas izsludināšanu”, lai aizsargātu akcionāru, akciju sabiedrības darbinieku un sabiedrības veselību kopumā, informējam, ka šajā sapulcē ir iespējams piedalīties tikai neklātienē.Izskatāmo jautājumu izlemšanai lūdzam akcionārus pilnvarot akciju sabiedrības “Latvijas Gāze” valdi, vienlaicīgi ar pilnvaru izdodot arī balsošanas uzdevumu par akcionāru sapulces darba kārtībā iekļautajiem jautājumiem. Lūdzam abus dokumentus (pilnvaru un balsošanas uzdevumu) aizpildītus un:parakstītus ar derīgu e-parakstu nosūtīt uz sabiedrības e-pasta adresi investor.relations@lg.lv; vaiparakstītus nosūtīt uz sabiedrības pasta adresi: akciju sabiedrība “Latvijas Gāze”, Aristida Briāna iela 6, Rīga, LV-1001.Ja tas iespējams, aicinām balsošanā izmantot elektroniskos saziņas līdzekļus.
