         Orion peruuttaa varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen keskiviikolta 25.3.2020 ja siirtää sen myöhemmin ilmoitettavaan ajankohtaanKoronavirustilanteen kehittymisen sekä Suomen hallituksen tekemien linjausten seurauksena Orionin hallitus on päättänyt perua keskiviikoksi 25.3.2020 koolle kutsutun varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen.Orion suhtautuu koronavirustilanteeseen vakavasti eikä halua vaarantaa yhtiökokoukseen osallistuvien työntekijöiden, osakkaiden tai muiden läsnäolevien sidosryhmien terveyttä. Suomen hallitus ilmoitti 16.3.2020, että koronavirustilanteen vuoksi julkiset kokoontumiset Suomessa rajoitetaan korkeintaan kymmeneen henkilöön. Näistä syistä johtuen Orionin hallitus on päättänyt perua 25.3.2020 koolle kutsutun yhtiökokouksen.Orionin hallitus kutsuu koolle varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen myöhemmin.
