Orkuveita Reykjavíkur: Niðurstaða útboðs grænna skuldabréfa

Lokuðu útboði á grænum skuldabréfum Orkuveitu Reykjavíkur lauk í dag, 3. mars 2020. Gefin voru út skuldabréf í flokkunum OR020934 GB og OR180255 GB en skuldabréfin eru verðtryggð jafngreiðslubréf með lokagjalddaga 2. september 2034 og 18. febrúar 2055.Í heildina bárust tilboð upp á 3.000 m.kr. að nafnvirði í flokkana.Heildartilboð í  OR 020934 GB  voru samtals 900 m. kr. á bilinu 1,31% – 1,35%. Tilboðum að fjárhæð 600 m. kr. var tekið á ávöxtunarkröfunni 1,32%. Heildartilboð í  OR180255 GB voru samtals 2.100 m. kr. á bilinu 1,38% – 1,43%.
