ENEDO OYJ  Pörssitiedote    3.3.2020   klo 9:30      Enedo Oyj:n osakkeenomistajien nimitystoimikunta on valmistellut hallituksen jäseniä ja hallituspalkkioita koskevat ehdotukset 24.4.2020 kokoontuvalle varsinaiselle yhtiökokoukselle.Hallituksen jäsenmäärä ja hallituksen jäsenten valitseminen

Nimitystoimikunta ehdottaa varsinaiselle yhtiökokoukselle, että hallitukseen valitaan viisi (5) jäsentä.Michael Petersin ansioluettelo on tämän tiedotteen liitteenä.Yhtiön yhtiöjärjestyksen mukaan hallitus valitsee keskuudestaan puheenjohtajan. Nimitystoimikunta suosittaa, että Tuomo Lähdesmäki jatkaa hallituksen puheenjohtajana ja, että Taru Narvanmaa jatkaa hallituksen varapuheenjohtajana.hallituksen puheenjohtajalle 3.750 euroa kuukaudessamuille hallituksen jäsenille 2.000 euroa kuukaudessalisäksi tarkastusvaliokunnan puheenjohtajana toimivalle hallituksen jäsenelle sama lisäpalkkio kuin aiemmalla toimikaudella, eli 750 euroa kuukaudessa.Matkakustannukset ehdotetaan korvattavaksi laskuja vastaan.Enedo konserniEnedo on korkealuokkaisten tehoelektroniikkatuotteiden ja –systeemien eurooppalainen suunnittelija ja valmistaja, jonka tuotteet soveltuvat kriittisiin toimintoihin vaativimmissakin ympäristöissä.
