P-D VALMIERA GLASS USA Corp. paraksta Aktīvu pirkuma līgumu

AS VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA (reģistrācijas Nr.: 40003031676, juridiskā adrese: Cempu ielā 13, Valmierā, LV-4201) (turpmāk – Sabiedrība) valde paziņo, ka P-D VALMIERA GLASS USA Corp. (turpmāk – ASV meitasuzņēmums) ir parakstījis Aktīvu pirkuma līgumu (turpmāk – AIL) ar uzņēmumu Saint-Gobain Adfors America, Inc. par būtībā visu Dublinā, Džordžijas štatā, ASV esošās Pirmās un Otrās fāzes aktīvu pārdošanu atbilstoši AIL nosacījumiem. Kopējā pirkuma summa ir septiņpadsmit miljoni pieci simti tūkstoši dolāru (USD 17 500 000) plus papildu atlīdzība saskaņā ar AIL.AIL izpilde joprojām ir atkarīga no Savienoto Valstu Maksātnespējas tiesas, kas pārrauga ASV meitasuzņēmuma tiesas lietu (lieta Nr. 19-59440-pwb), apstiprinājuma.Sabiedrība jau ziņoja, ka ievērojamo neparedzēto zaudējumu dēļ ASV meitasuzņēmuma Otrās fāzes pagarinātājā sākuma posmā ASV meitasuzņēmums bija spiests pārtraukt Otrās fāzes stikla šķiedras krāsns darbību šā gada 17. jūnijā plkst.14.30 pēc ASV laika (EDT). Turklāt ASV meitasuzņēmums 17. jūnijā saskaņā ar 11. pantu Džordžijas štata ziemeļu rajona Savienoto Valstu Maksātnespējas tiesā iesniedza pieteikumu par labprātīgu tiesiskās aizsardzības procesa uzsākšanu.
