Raisio Oyj, pörssitiedote 3.3.2020 klo 8.30VUOSIKATSAUS, YRITYSVASTUURAPORTTI JA PALKITSEMISPOLITIIKKA JULKAISTURaisio Oyj:n vuosikatsaus vuodelta 2019 on julkaistu tänään. Vuosikatsaus sisältää hallituksen toimintakertomuksen ja tilinpäätöksen. Yhtiö on julkaissut tilikaudelta 2019 myös yritysvastuuraportin, selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkka- ja palkkioselvityksen. Raportit ovat tämän tiedotteen liitteinä sekä Raision verkkosivuilla https://www.raisio.com/julkaisut.Lisäksi Raisio on tänään julkaissut yhtiön toimielinten palkitsemispolitiikan, joka esitellään vuoden 2020 yhtiökokouksessa.
