Il s’agit du premier test de PCR* multiplexe en temps réel marqué CE IVD pour la détection des Coronavirus (sarbecovirus), et pour le typage du Covid-19, directement à partir du tube primaire.ALLPLEX™ CORONAVIRUS est un kit développé et fabriqué par le partenaire SEEGENE™ (Séoul, Corée du Sud), permettant la détection et la différentiation en un seul puits de PCR, des sarbecovirus ainsi que de 2 gènes d’identification du Covid-19. La technologie ALLPLEX™ donne l’opportunité de détecter simultanément plus de 20 pathogènes respiratoires et typer différents génotypes de virus (grippe, coronavirus, VRS).Le kit ALLPLEX™ CORONAVIRUS vient enrichir l’offre d’Eurobio Scientific en Biologie Moléculaire et permet d’envisager une offre complète pour les pathogènes respiratoires.Le test Allplex™ Coronavirus est un des premiers tests de diagnostic du Covid-19 à obtenir le marquage CE.En parallèle, et fort de son savoir-faire en R&D, Eurobio Scientific continue le développement de son propre kit de diagnostic du coronavirus Covid-19 par PCR en temps réel. Celui-ci sera disponible d’ici quelques semaines et viendra enrichir la gamme EurobioPlex existante. Ce test, complémentaire à celui de Seegene, pourra être distribué aux laboratoires à l’échelle mondiale. Il sera fonctionnel sur plusieurs instruments, en particulier les T-COR 8™ conçus pour les applications d’urgences, en test unitaire réalisé patient par patient, ou décentralisées à proximité des malades (POC) dans des laboratoires habilités.* Le « Polymerase Chain Reaction » (PCR) est une méthode basée sur la multiplication sélective de séquences d’ADN cibles, qui permet de détecter des séquences d’ADN spécifiques présentes dans un échantillon.Prochains rendez-vous financiers
