Johan H Andresen har meddelat att han inte står till förfogande för omval.Kallelsen till årsstämman och valberedningens och styrelsens fullständiga förslag till beslut hålls tillgängliga på bankens webbplats www.sebgroup.com/sv och på bankens huvudkontor, Kungsträdgårdsgatan 8 i Stockholm.Kallelsen till årsstämman publiceras i Post- och Inrikes Tidningar den 19 februari 2020.
