LEHDISTÖTIEDOTE 18.2.2020 kello 09:15United Bankers -konserni kasvattaa omistustaan UB Yritysrahoitus Oy:ssäUnited Bankers Oyj:n tytäryhtiö UB Omaisuudenhoito Oy on sopinut 17.2.2020 allekirjoitetun kauppakirjan mukaisesti hankkivansa UB Yritysrahoitus Oy:n vähemmistöosakkaalta Spat Systems Oy:ltä 20 prosentin lisäosuuden UB Yritysrahoituksen osakekannasta. Kauppahinta maksetaan rahana.Kaupan myötä UB Omaisuudenhoidon omistus UB Yritysrahoituksessa kasvaa 60 prosentista 80 prosenttiin.UB Yritysrahoitus on UB Yritysrahoitusrahasto I Ky -nimisen vaihtoehtorahaston vastuunalainen yhtiömies. Vaihtoehtorahaston salkunhoitajana toimii UB Omaisuudenhoito Oy. Rahaston sijoitusstrategiana on vakuudellisten ja kovenanttivakuudellisten vieraan pääoman ehtoisten lainojen myöntäminen Suomessa kiinteästä toimipisteestä liiketoimintaa harjoittaville yrityksille. UB Yritysrahoitusrahasto I Ky oli perustettaessa Suomen ensimmäinen vaihtoehtorahastojen hoitamisesta annetun lain mukainen yritysrahoitukseen keskittyvä pääomarahasto.Omistusosuuden kasvulla ei arvioida olevan merkittävää vaikutusta United Bankers -konsernin liikevaihtoon tai tulokseen.Lisätietoja antaa:Patrick Anderson, toimitusjohtaja, United Bankers Oyj
