F-Secure Oyj, Pörssitiedote, 12.2.2020 klo 9:45F-Secure oyj – osakepalkkioiden maksu suoritusperusteisen pitkän aikavälin osakepalkkio-ohjelman 2017-2019 perusteellaF-Secure Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt, että enintään 340 000 osaketta maksetaan yhtiön suoritusperusteisen pitkän aikavälin osakepalkkio-ohjelman (LTI 2017-2019) ansaintakaudelta 2017-2019. Palkkio maksetaan osittain osakkeina ja osittain käteisenä, joka on tarkoitettu kattamaan aiheutuvat verot.F-Securen hallitus päätti johdolle ja erikseen valituille avainhenkilöille tarkoitetusta suoritusperusteisesta pitkän aikavälin osakepalkkio-ohjelmasta (LTI 2017-2019) helmikuussa 2017.LTI 2017-2019 ohjelman ansaintakriteerinä oli F-Securen liikevaihto. Hallitus päätti maksaa osakepalkkiot siirtämällä yhtiön hallussa olevia omia osakkeita vastikkeetta ohjelmaan osallistuneille (vastikkeeton omien osakkeiden siirto). Palkkiot maksetaan 31.3.2020 mennessä.
