Uus-Veerenni korteriarendusprojekti III etapi käivitamine (Tallinn, Eesti)

ASi Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti on otsustanud käivitada Tallinnas Uus-Veerenni korteriarendusprojekti kolmanda etapi, mille raames valmib 2021. aasta suvel kolm kortermaja kokku 59 korteriga.Uus-Veerenni elukvartal asub Tallinna kesklinnas Veerenni asumis ning selle kolmanda etapi Uus-Veerenni Park (merko.ee/veerennipark/) kortermajad kerkivad arendusala Vana-Lõuna tänava poolsesse külge Pille tänavale. Uus-Veerenni Park korterelamud on B energiaklassiga. Haljastatud sisehoovidesse rajatakse puhke- ja mängualad, mugavaks liiklemiseks ehitatakse välja kvartalisisesed teed ja autodele maa-alune parkla.Uus-Veerenni Park korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 33–133 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetrihinnad on vahemikus 2746–3795 eurot.Uus-Veerenni esimeses etapis valmisid 2019. aasta lõpuks kaksteist hoonet kokku 137 korteri ja 8 äripinnaga ning teise etapi raames valmib 2020. aasta lõpuks kaheksa hoonet kokku 88 korteri ja nelja äripinnaga.
