Muudatus kontserni tütarettevõtte juhatuses ja nõukogus (SIA Merks)

1. aprillil 2020 toimub muudatus AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva SIA Merks juhatuses. 2012. aastast juhatuse esimehe positsioonil töötanud Oskars Ozoliņš lahkub ettevõttest ning juhatuse esimehena asub 1. aprillil 2020 ametisse tänane SIA Merks juhatuse liige ja ehitusdirektor Andris Bišmeistars. SIA Merks juhatus jätkab üheliikmelisena.Samuti lõppevad SIA Merks osanike üldkoosoleku 11. veebruari 2020 otsuse kohaselt alates 1. aprillist 2020 senise nõukogu liikme Janis Šperbergsi volitused. SIA Merks nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelises koosseisus: Andres Trink (esimees), Tõnu Toomik ja Priit Roosimägi.SIA Merks (www.merks.lv) on Läti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid ning kuulub Läti juhtivate elukondliku kinnisvara arendajate sekka.Andres Trink
