Forum Merger II Corporation Announces Extension of Date to Complete a Business Combination

New York, NY, Feb. 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Forum Merger II Corporation (Nasdaq: FMCI) (the “Company”) today announced that its stockholders approved an extension of the date by which it must consummate a business combination from February 7, 2020 to June 10, 2020, or such earlier date as determined by the Company’s board of directors in its sole discretion.  In connection with the extension, 4,589 out of 20,000,000 public shares were redeemed by stockholders.
