Bavarian Nordic’s Sale of Priority Review Voucher Receives Antitrust Clearance

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, January 22, 2020 – Bavarian Nordic A/S (OMX: BAVA, OTC: BVNRY) today announced that the sale of its Priority Review Voucher (PRV) has received antitrust clearance.
