WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust Announces July 2021 Distribution

TORONTO, July 19, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (the “REIT”) (TSX: WIR.U; WIR.UN) (OTCQX: WPTIF) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a cash distribution for the month of July 2021 of US$0.0633 per unit. The distribution will be payable on August 16, 2021 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on July 30, 2021.

Distributions paid to Canadian unitholders (and other non-U.S. unitholders) generally will be subject to U.S. withholding tax.
