(Nasdaq: ALLT; TASE: ALLT) (“Allot” or the “Company”), a leading global provider of innovative network intelligence and security solutions for service providers and enterprises worldwide, announced today the pricing of a public offering of 5,000,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $8.00 per share. In addition, the Company granted the underwriters of the public offering a 30-day option to purchase from the Company up to an additional 750,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
