Municipality Finance PlcStock exchange release 17 October 2023 at 10:00 am (EEST) Municipality Finance issues NOK 1 billion notes under its MTN programme Municipality Finance Plc issues NOK 1 billion notes on 18 October 2023. The maturity date of the notes is 18 April 2028. The notes bear interest at a fixed rate of 4.4% per annum. The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 45 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular, the supplemental offering circular and the final terms of the notes are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.
