CALGARY, Alberta, Jan. 12, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Shaw Communications Inc. (“Shaw” or the “Company”) announces consolidated financial and operating results for the quarter ended November 30, 2022. First quarter consolidated revenue decreased 1.2% year-over-year to $1.37 billion, adjusted EBITDA1 decreased 2.5% year-over-year to $617 million, and net income decreased 14.3% to $168 million.
