(Bergen, 24. august 2022) Årets andre kvartal ble det beste noensinne for Mowi med rekordhøyt operasjonelt driftsresultat på 320 millioner euro og rekordhøye driftsinntekter på 1,23 milliarder euro. Mowi delivered yet another strong set of financial results in the second quarter, driven by good operations and high salmon prices. “I am very pleased with our operational performance in the quarter and the way we have been able to capitalise on the high prices. HIGH PRICES GIVES RECORD HIGH QUARTERLY REVENUE Operating profit for Q2 2022 excluding settlement costs and before fair value adjustment is NOK 923 million, up 58% on the same period of 2021. Strong demand for seafood, including a substantial increase in prices realised for the Group’s main products, is the key factor in the year-on-year earnings improvement.
