ForFarmers nominates Marijke Folkers-In ‘t Hout as member of its Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board (‘the Board’) of ForFarmers N.V. (‘ForFarmers’) has decided to nominate Marijke Folkers-In ‘t Hout as member of the Board. This nomination will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (‘AGM’) of 14 April 2022. This nomination is to fill the vacancy created by the departure of Sandra Addink, who will step down as a member of the Board after three terms at the end of the forthcoming AGM, according to the rotation schedule.

Dassault Systèmes Delivers Strong 2021 Results, With Fourth Quarter Well Aligned With Guidance
Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT8, DSY.PA), today announced IFRS unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2021. The Group’s Board of Directors approved these results on February 2, 2022. This press release also includes financial information on a non-IFRS basis and reconciliations with IFRS figures in the Appendix to this communication.

Solid end to a transformational year2021 was a transformational year for Nokia, including refocusing on and strengthening our technology leadership.
In Q4, Nokia’s underlying business performed largely as expected with other operating income being above expectations.
Q4 net sales declined 5% y-o-y in constant currency as expected with strong growth in Network Infrastructure of +10% offset by Mobile Networks at -16%. Full year net sales grew 3% y-o-y in constant currency.
Comparable operating margin of 14.2% (reported 11.5%) in Q4 declined 190bps y-o-y (reported +480bps) due to lower Q4 seasonality as expected.

Oslo, 3 February 2022: In the fourth quarter 2021 Scatec’s proportionate revenues reached NOK 1,250 million (497) with EBITDA of NOK 683 million (223) and an associated EBITDA margin of 55%. Power production reached 1,047 GWh an increase by more than 2.5 times compared to the same quarter last year.

Nokia announces share buyback program
Espoo, Finland – Nokia announces that its Board of Directors is initiating a share buyback program under the current authorization from the Annual General Meeting to repurchase shares, with purchases expected to begin in Q1 2022. The program targets to return up to EUR 600 million of cash to shareholders in tranches over a period of two years, subject to continued authorization from the Annual General Meeting. Nokia will disclose further details separately prior to commencing the purchases.

At a meeting on 2 February 2022 the Board of Directors of Borregaard ASA decided to propose an ordinary dividend for 2021 of NOK 2.75 per share to the General Meeting. In addition, the Board of Directors has decided to propose an extraordinary dividend of NOK 2.25 per share due to increased earnings and a strong cash flow. In total, the proposed dividend is NOK 5.00 per share. Dividend payment is estimated at NOK 498 million.
