Hofseth Biocare ASA: SECOND QUARTER 2021 FINANCIAL REPORT

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 5-12 the Norwegian Securities Trading Act Hofseth BioCare ASA (“HBC”) had net sales revenues of NOK 31.0m (19.9m) in the second quarter and gross operating revenues of NOK 30.0m (20.1m). For the first half of 2021 HBC had revenues of NOK 47.9m (38.6). Gross revenues in first quarter 2020 included NOK 8.2m in an insurance claim settlement. Revenues in the second quarter increased by 51 % compared to the same quarter in 2020. Adjusted for the settlement, HBC had 36% increased revenues in first half of 2021, compared to 2020. Cost of Goods Sold (CoGS) amounted to NOK 21.6m (12.5m) in the quarter and NOK 29.9m (18.7m) for the first half of 2021. MT Højgaard Holding A/S: Results as expected – full-year outlook reaffirmed

MT Højgaard Holding A/S publishes its interim financial report for the first half of 2021 with the following highlights: FIRST-HALF RESULTS AS EXPECTEDRevenue increased by 14% to DKK 3,289 million compared to the first half of 2020, including approx. 8% organic growth.Second-quarter growth was 24%. Operating profit* for the first half was almost unchanged at DKK 41 million, and the operating margin* was 1.2%. Earnings were impacted by a loss on a project property sale, write-downs on projects, higher selling and bidding costs, and preparation of projects that have been sold or are expected to be sold with up-start in the second half. European Energy A/S quadruples its construction of green energy capacity in the first half of 2021

Company announcement 12/2021 (27.08.2021) European Energy is installing more than four times as much green energy capacity in the first half of 2021 compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the Group’s quarterly report for the second quarter shows an increase in the number of employees and significant investment growth. European Energy has invested heavily in new projects in the first six months of 2021. At the end of the first half-year, European Energy has 1,129 MW of new green energy capacity under construction across 26 different projects in seven countries – and most of these projects are expected to be grid connected by the end of the year. Construction contract in Norway (Tesla service centre in Oslo)

On 26 August 2021, Peritus Entreprenør AS, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Tesla Norway AS entered into a contract for the design and construction of second stage of a Tesla service centre situated at Karihaugveien 100 in Oslo. The contract includes renovation and reconstruction of a former logistics building into a service centre for Tesla electric cars. The works include construction of the façade, internal layout changes and installation of technical equipment. The contract value is approximately EUR 4.1 million, plus value added tax. The works will be performed from September 2021 until February 2022.
