Ørsted signs power purchase agreement with Iowa power supplier NIMECA

North Iowa Municipal Electric Cooperative Association (NIMECA) enters into a long-term agreement to purchase energy from Willow Creek Wind in Butte County, South Dakota, US. 23andMes merger with Branson aid almost done

The enterprise value was $3.5 billion as stated on the agreement, with Branson and Chief Executive Officer Anne Wojcicki both investing $25 million each into a public equity offering of $250 million worth of private investment. Other investors include Casdin Capital, Foresite Capital, Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC and Altimeter Capital. BERMUDA, 27 May 2021 – Avance Gas Holding Ltd (OSE: AGAS) today reported unaudited results for the first quarter 2021.
