DFDS: January volume report: Freight down 12% after Q4 stockbuilding reversed as expected

DFDS reports monthly ferry volumes for freight and passengers to provide additional insight into the development of volume trends in DFDS’ European route network.Ferry – freight: Total volumes in January 2021 were 13% below 2020 adjusted for structural route changes. Volumes for routes calling the UK were down 21% with volumes picking up towards the end of the month.North Sea volumes were below 2020 as the stockbuilding ahead of Brexit reversed and the adoption of new rules and processes slowed trading. Volumes between Sweden and Belgium were above 2020. Volumes on the English Channel were likewise reduced by the stockbuilding reversal. DFDS: Januar mængderapport: Fragt 12% ned efter forventet vending i fjerde kvartals lageropbygning

DFDS rapporterer månedlige færgemængder for fragt og passagerer med henblik på at give yderligere indsigt i trends for mængdeudviklingen i DFDS’ europæiske rutenetværk.Færge – fragt: De samlede mængder i januar 2021 var 13% lavere end i 2020 justeret for strukturelle ruteændringer. Mængder for ruter, der anløber Storbritannien, faldt med 21%. Nedgangen var mindre mod slutningen af måneden.Mængderne på Nordsøen var lavere end i 2020 på grund af en vending i lager-opbygningen forud for Brexit og nogen opbremsning i handelen som følge af indkøringen af nye regler og processer. EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS Net Asset Value per share as of 31.01.2021

The net asset value (NAV) of EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS as of 31.01.2021 was 17.06 euros. The net asset value of the EPRA share (net book value excluding deferred income tax liability and fair value of interest rate derivatives) as of 31.01.2021 was 18.17 euros. Both NAV and EPRA NAV increased by 0.8% during January. In January, EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS earned sales revenue of 946 thousand euros, which is 60 thousand euros (6%) less than a month earlier due to the Covid-19 restrictions in Lithuanian shopping centers. At the same time, the fund earned consolidated EBITDA of 786 thousand euros in January due to lower expenses, which is at the same level as in December. The consolidated net rental yield of the fund was 912 thousand euros in January, which, despite the effect of the Covid-19 restrictions, gives an annual net return...

EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS aktsia puhasväärtus (NAV) seisuga 31.01.2021 oli 17,06 eurot. EPRA aktsia puhasväärtus (raamatupidamislik puhasväärtus ilma edasilükkunud tulumaksukohustust ja intressiderivatiivide õiglast väärtust arvestamata) oli 31.01.2021 seisuga 18,17 eurot. Nii NAV kui EPRA NAV suurenesid jaanuari jooksul 0,8%.EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS teenis jaanuaris 946 tuhat eurot müügitulu, mis on Covid-19 tulenevatest piirangutest Leedu kaubanduskeskustes 60 tuhat eurot (6%) vähem kui kuu varem. Samas teenis fond jaanuaris väiksematest kuludest tulenevalt konsolideeritud  EBITDA-d 786 tuhat eurot, mis on samal tasemel detsembri tulemusega.
