Kort om åretEfter et år med fortsat høj aktivitet på bolig- og realkreditområdet og stor tilgang af nye kunder realiserer koncernen et tilfredsstillende overskud før skat på 50,6 mio.kr., som lever op til den tidligere udmeldte forventning på 45-55 mio.kr. Resultatet er som forventet lavere end året før, da 2019 var påvirket af ekstraordinære begivenheder på flere områder.Netto rente- og gebyrindtægter reduceres marginalt med 1,4 mio.kr. (1 %) til 158,0 mio.kr. Udviklingen skyldes primært, at udbytte af aktier mv. reduceres med 2,0 mio.kr. til 1,0 mio.kr.
