Aktietilbagekøbsprogram er afsluttet

SELSKABSMEDDELELSE NR. 5/2021 – 1. FEBRUAR 2021Den 17. november 2020 igangsatte Royal Unibrew det offentliggjorte aktietilbagekøbsprogram, jf. selskabsmeddelelse nr. 38/2020 af 17. november 2020. Programmet gennemføres i henhold til art. 5 i Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets forordning (EU) nr. 596/2014 af 16. april 2014 om markedsmisbrug (forordningen om markedsmisbrug – MAR) og deraf delegerede lovregler. Aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet forventes at blive gennemført i perioden fra 18. november 2020 og frem til 29. januar 2021.
